Terms & Conditions For Warranty

  • Systema Smart EX Power Rechargeable Toothbrush comes with 1-year warranty service from the date of purchase from authorized retailers in
    Singapore.
  • Warranty service is only valid with an original or copy of the purchase receipt to serve as proof of purchase within the warranty period.
  • Please register your warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase and retain proof of purchase for product warranty.
  • You will receive an email confirmation as proof of successful warranty registration.
  • If your original product has been replaced with new product, the validity period for warranty service of the new product is still calculated from the
    date of purchase of the original product.
  • The warranty service will be voided & does not cover for:
    • Replaceable brush heads
    • Damage due to improper usage (any use that does not comply with the usage instructions from the user manual) or wear and tear from normal usage
    • Product that has been tampered by unauthorized modification or alteration
    • Product damage caused by force majeure / accidents such as short circuit, fire, lightning strike etc
    • Product that is not original or not imported by Lion Corporation (S) Pte Ltd
  • No reseller, distributor, agent or employee of Lion Corporation (S) Pte Ltd is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this
    product warranty.
  • By providing any personal data, you hereby agree and consent that Lion Corporation may collect, use, disclose and process any personal information
    provided to or possessed by Lion Corporation, for the purposes includes but is not limited to investigations relating to the feedback/warranty.
    The personal data may be disclosed by Lion Corporation to third parties, if engaged by Lion Corporation, would be processing the personal data for one or more of the purposes.
